The gym is equipped with cutting-edge Technogym machines, designed for both cardio and functional training: treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, Multipower, Kinesis Personal, and adjustable bench. For strength training, you’ll find free weights from 2 to 24 kg, medicine balls from 6 to 8 kg, and a Stretching Stick for cool-downs. All in a well-designed space suitable for all fitness levels.
